We’ve started picking raspberries but the main branches haven’t set yet. Look for the U-Pick to open on Friday, August 15th. We’ll have two sizes of picking baskets. For those of you picking for a raspberry pie or dessert (or just to eat) our smaller container has about 2 pints (4 cups). And for folks that would like to make raspberry jelly or jam our larger container holds roughly 4 pints (8 cups).
You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how much you get compared to what you’d get at the grocery store. Most grocery stores sell 1/2 pints (1 cup) for $2.99. (And our berries taste so much better because you pick when they are at peak ripeness)
2008 Prices: Our small container is $5.00, our larger container is $8.00 – you can’t beat that deal.
We hope to see a lot of people from the Norfolk, Plainview and other surrounding communties this year!

New this year – Bulk Seed. After many requests last year we decided we should have this feature once again. Only $1/scoop – you get 10 times the seed you would get from Walmart or Menards in their seed packets
Seeds include cucumbers, carrots, beans, radishes, kohlrabi, beets, lettuce, spinach, watermelon, pumpkin, peas and more.
Plus we have strawberry plants and asparagus roots ready to plant.
